Henry Klien of course. He didn't even get the ticker right, he's got GBLT there. Ronald Blackburn strikes again.

This still should have been disclosed by Johnney with an OTC supplemental discloser filing, the OTC equivalent of a SEC 8-K, to explain this SOS filing and not make it misleading. Whitch it clearly did. Nobody thought it was because Klien failed to file this 11 years ago.
