Typically, alternative reporting shares are restricted for 1 year... But if it is already aged debt, it could be only temporary for few days till the TA figures out if the conversion is in order. It's an increase of 420,286,363 shares... Not saying it is Johnney... but Johnney's note has aged the year. It could be for other reasons too. But it is a little odd there was no disclosure before this for it to be a new "investor" in GRLT.
