.....STATUS of UWB-R has no significance, nor connections to the timing on a distribution by the FDIC to UWBI common stockholders........termination could happen a month or two or a year or more................meaningless, LAR LAR DEAR.............

......we - we - we UNDERSTAND that the FDIC has moved all cash balances in the UWB-R treasury to the UWBI trust account........??????.........with instructions to combine with the current monies and process for PAYOUT..............????..........this is where the DTC/DTCC comes in........PROCESSES THE PAYOUT........

......no worries, my dearest of dears, LAR LAR.............assuming the DTC is "processing" (whatever the F**K that means) $720-million............????........
