STIPULATION EXTENDING NON-PARTY JEDEC SOLID STATE TECHNOLOGY
ASSOCIATION’S DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO SUBPOENA

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Respondents Samsung Electronics Co.,
Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. (collectively,
“Samsung”) and non-party JEDEC Solid State Technology Association (“JEDEC”) as follows:

WHEREAS, on January 26, 2026, Administrative Law Judge MaryJoan McNamara issued
a Subpoena Duces Tecum and Ad Testificandum (the “Subpoena”) to JEDEC in this Investigation;

WHEREAS, Samsung served the Subpoena on JEDEC on January 27, 2026;

WHEREAS, Ground Rule 3.5.2 allows parties to stipulate to extend the deadline to respond
to a subpoena once as a matter of course;

WHEREAS, extending the time to respond to the Subpoena will facilitate discovery
without the Administrative Law Judge’s intervention;

THEREFORE, Samsung and JEDEC hereby stipulate as follows:

The deadline for JEDEC to serve responses and objections to the Subpoena or to move to
limit or quash the Subpoena is extended to February 18, 2026.

STIPULATION EXTENDING NON-PARTY RAMBUS INC.
DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO SUBPOENA

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Respondents Samsung Electronics Co.,
Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. (collectively,
“Samsung”) and non-party Rambus Inc. (“Rambus”) as follows:

WHEREAS, on January 20, 2026, Administrative Law Judge MaryJoan McNamara issued
a Subpoena Duces Tecum and Ad Testificandum (the “Subpoena”) to Rambus in this investigation;

WHEREAS, Samsung mailed the Subpoena to Rambus on January 20, 2026;

WHEREAS, Ground Rule 3.5.2 allows parties to stipulate to extend the deadline to respond
to a subpoena once as a matter of course;

WHEREAS, extending the time to respond to the Subpoena will facilitate discovery
without the Administrative Law Judge’s intervention;

THEREFORE, Samsung and Rambus hereby stipulate as follows:

The deadline for Rambus to serve responses and objections to the Subpoena or to move to
limit or quash the Subpoena is extended to February 13, 2026.
