It would be concerning if you haven't done any DD on a company. OTC puts that in place because a lot of companies that are there are simply pump and dumps. A real company going through a merger and getting prepared to introduce a patented method for Nuclear Fusion has to keep stockholders informed on progress as they have done very well. Go look at real companies on the Nasdaq and they keep their stockholders very informed.
