Well if you can get Novartis exclusivity out to 2035 in the EU and US , plus some more data showing progress with their AKI molecule ...He'd probably be happy to take your deal ...especially if the TDAPA coverage ( 100% reimbursement for medicare patients ) was extended out past 2 yrs as some in Congress are trying to get thru . .
If all that comes thru ...UNCY is at least $50-$60 a share , maybe higher in a bidding war . So yes , guarantee him extended exclusivity to 2035 etc and I'm sure he would take your $30-$40 a share deal

I think UNCY can file for patent extension as soon as OLC is approved.
That whole process may take 6 -18 mths ...and may be prevent any buyout near term
