I updated the docket many times with explanations. Your welcome to give your own or not. When I saw a good filing I said so.

I also have expressed I hope they settle because I believe it's in the best interests of the shareholders so they can move forward on the acquisitions. I hope they post the bond. If you call that bashing so be it.

I also suggested strongly to answer the sumarry judgment motion. I wished they had. If that is bashing so be it.

I also posted that Falcon Caddo had numerous lawsuits and liens, that I thought it was not a good fit for Hiru, too much exposure. If that is bashing so be it. Later Hiru announced they dropped the project due to Falcon not having clean titles.

Never once have I said they were done for.

I don't think they should close the deal before the 31st. I don't think they should close the deal until either the bond is posted, the case is settled. I don't believe exposing an asset is wise. I think Hiru will take steps to protect their future potential investments. I hope so. If that is bashing so be it.

Frankly the only bashing I really have seen is uncalled insults from you.
