I don't think the CEO can risk making that type of promise or even speculate it's possible. With the onslaught of ambulance chasers that went after the company the past six months, they're not going to stick their necks out on anything. I counted a dozen schlock law firms begging shareholders to call them. That said if we get approval by the weekend of the 27th I'd like to think since the filing is being done electronically, they probably could pull it off. Does anyone know if it used to be done via mail?
