Company to Begin Trading on Nasdaq on January 28, 2026 Under Symbol “GOAI”

(the “Company” or “EVA Live”), currently trading on the OTCQB under the symbol GOAI, today announced that it has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market and will commence trading on Nasdaq on January 28, 2026 under its current ticker symbol, “GOAI”.

The Nasdaq listing represents a significant milestone in EVA Live’s growth and evolution as a public company.
