Bush is not going to lower the tariff. Which keeps corn ethanol price supported. Which makes cellulosic ethanol more attractive. Heard a story on NPR today from Sao Paulo. Seems like the food for energy complaint is alive and well there, too. All the better for cellulosic and CLME.
