In a rare public statement, the director of Lakeshore Medical Center has confirmed that former staff member Alex Pretti was terminated three months ago following a series of disturbing complaints from patients’ families regarding his alleged perverted actions toward vulnerable individuals under the hospital’s care.
Dr. Elena Vasquez, the hospital’s executive director, addressed the media during a press briefing earlier, emphasizing “We take all complaints seriously, and in the case of Mr. Pretti, multiple reports from families detailed behaviors that were not only unprofessional but deeply concerning and inappropriate.”
According to hospital sources, Pretti, who worked as a senior nurse in the intensive care unit, was let go in late October 2025 after an internal investigation substantiated claims of misconduct. The complaints, which began accumulating over several months, included allegations of unwanted physical contact, invasive personal questions, and other actions described by families as “predatory” and “exploitative.” At least five separate incidents were documented, involving patients who were often elderly or in compromised states, making them particularly susceptible to such abuses.

And at the time of his death he was a full-time employee for ICE WATCH supposedly working as a LEGAL OBSERVER but it's also come to light that he was one of the people out there on the streets doxing agents and sending out information to other protesters in his group... where ICE agents were and what they were doing...so the guy was an anarchist...he f***** around, he found out, he's dead! Don't try to paint him as some kind of innocent victim because HE WAS NOT
