Hey choo choo, those are some excellent points. Particularly #2 which I hadn't thought of. I did verify what you said, that Netlist can add SK to the ITC complaint up to June (which by then the new deal should have been negotiated). That is huge and does give leverage back to Netlist. I do feel good about a deal being thrashed out, and you're points make me feel SK will negotiate in good faith and fairly. As I said, I really feel Netlist must have this deal to keep positive momentum, so if they give up a little to get it done, that's fine.
Just get it done! Sooner than later. And let's get this this priced appropriately and put the shorts in panic mode.
