Beeny: While I understand that you post pertinent and intelligent information, it would be even better if you post the supporting documentation that you base your postions, opinions and beliefs on.
In ways your information is more than mine. But, you seemingly have a bias, in which all of your information is against AABB, by in large.
As such, posting the supporting info provides an unbiased set of documentation.
When I see Short whatever, I conclude tha5t there is substantial shortig, of which is, seemingly , the basis for the lawsuit, manipulating and driving down the share price.
Accordingly, why is the shorting ,according to you, as non-existant, especially, in light of the lawsuit AND the 168 pages of evidence of such shorting/ market maker manipulation. WHAT EXACTLY is meant by 58% short interest, if not shorting by hidden ghost shares? Please provide documentary support of your position.
