We are currently looking for a Data & Al Engineer to join our team in the development of the
IA360 platform. This role is key to designing and deploying architectures based on Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agent orchestration, and data pipelines that enable advanced, scalable, and secure solutions in industrial and enterprise environments.


Position Overview
As a Data & Al Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, retrieval systems, and intelligent agents, as well as fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases. You will collaborate with backend and frontend teams to expose agent interactions through the
platform and explore new generative Al applications across industrial and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
* ??Design and deploy data pipelines to prepare internal and external information for
* ??intelligent agents.
* ??Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation?(RAG) systems combining embeddings,
* ??vector databases, and search engines (Faiss, Weaviate, Pinecone, etc.).
* ??Integrate and orchestrate intelligent agents (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAl, or similar).
* ??Fine-tune and adapt LLMs for specific use cases (prompt engineering, lightweight
* ??fine-tuning, adapters/LoRA).
* ??Design multimodal architectures incorporating documents, text, audio, or CAD drawings.
* ??Establish quality metrics (accuracy, coverage, latency) and validation processes for
* ??generative models.
* ??Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to expose agent interactions through the
* ??platform.
* ??Explore and document new use cases for generative Al in industrial and enterprise settings.

Technical Skills Required
* ??Proven experience with Generative Al (OpenAl, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or others).
* ??Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAl).
* ??Experience with retrieval and embeddings (vector DBs: Faiss, Pinecone, Weaviate,
* ??Chroma).
* ??Proficiency in Python for ML/Al (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
* ??Experience designing and deploying data pipelines in production environments.
Nice-to-haves
* ??Knowledge of MLOps applied to LLMS (evaluation, retraining, prompt monitoring).
* ??Experience with multimodal projects (text + images/drawings + audio).
* ??Awareness of security and compliance practices in Generative Al.
