Buylow...everyone is different but if I were Colleen I would look at all this as how can I recoup the massive millions of shares my dad had and be done with HDC. I say that because I feel HDC has very little in patents to continue onward to make money. Yes Alan could take over completely but you would need to ask him is he able to buyout HDC and place all the potential moneys on his back? I would be trying my best to make as much money from my dad shares if possible which means HDC needs to become current with there filings. I believe Colleen might make a few dollars or at least break even if she just decides to close down the business. Now as for selling something to corporation as you seem to indicate in your message I am dead sure Alan has looked and taken every step in doing just that. I think HDC having all the past filings presents another problem in selling any product or maybe even the few remaining patents but I have been wrong more than being right but it is how I see all this. So what is one way or maybe the right way to treat share holders...it is exactly what Colleen gave permission for Alan to due sue the chit out of NVIDIA and hope that works to close down HDC.

As I said before I sincerely believe if we do not see all the back filings submitted than I see the lawsuit as just a hopeful way to gain enough funds to pay off any debt then deal with the mega millions of share her dad had which I'm sure are now hers. This way she might come out ahead after all this mess but remember HDC was not her cup of tea it was here dads.

Just help like hell we see Alan submit all the back filing and after that we would possibly see a nice share price rise at lease above one penny. Also know even if we were to carry onward in business we would need to reverse this stock. We were never able to keep our stock price from falling so even if we reversed split nothing as to patent life or needed management skills/professions would be here in HDC except Alan and to care on in a decent business you need management and plenty of things to talk about as to what the company has and the direction it is going developing into.

I have more to say and that is my problem with not shutting up my opinions.
