This announcement is exactly why no one buys. The Dr shopped this exact no sales/ pre production mushroom milk ERApeutics/Evermind turd 3 years ago to $KEGS and did absolutely nothing with it since. No he dumped it into BFCH for 400,000,000 shares for himself. Self dwaling nothing "acquisition".
The Dr dropped a hot turd and BFCH shareholders are forced to swallow it. Hr has absolutely nothing to offer. The disclosures show $0 revenue and he is already borrowing against the $160k seed money. 😅
