The department of Agriculture is funded until the end of the fiscal year, September 30. If that's where our funding would be coming from we should be okay.

If the funding is from the Department of Energy, we're okay there too. The funding was passed a couple of days ago.

Congress seems to have agreed on a bill to fund the entire government, including DHS with limitations on ICE today. Looks like we're okay.
