The New Rules require companies to actually make an honest attempt at implementing a viable profitable business operation.

I keep waiting for the OTC bottom dwellers to make a fundamental ideological change from selling shares to actually creating something of value for retail investors.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
