VGLS tried changing name to S B Holdings Inc @ Florida but found out there was already a Florida company named S B Holdings LLC. VGLS instead chose S B Technology Holdings Inc. That tells me whatever is coming here was not yet created or had room to play with the iteration of SB Holdings. Now you have Sandbox(corporate name is SB Technology Inc) knocking on Floridas door saying they want to do business here, which would make the perfect parent company of SB Technology Holdings Inc. Huge corporation like that would not merge whole show here but whatever assets or smaller business sectors they wanted to utilize. Same with other huge SB corp. Yeah its a longshot but nothing has changed from my eyes. Both huge corps have delay issues that make sense, Sandbox has harassment suits against it etc and Spectrum Brands has cold feet.
