They have not had to report private investments to DOE (to my knowledge) like MOL, Pyletech, and others. They never even PR'd the Pyletech investment, and it was never reported in an official report. It was mentioned in one of their DOE updates or arguments, but it was never listed in their official reports, but I'm not speaking on any official level.
