(GRLF) completed a 1-for-2,500 reverse stock split which became effective on December 22, 2025. The company had previously announced a board resolution in an earlier corporate update not to pursue a reverse stock split , but instead to focus on a stock buyback program as revenue increased. This earlier position was superseded by the later decision and the subsequent execution of the reverse split.
