I believe this was shorted huge folks.. The offering was only to private investor and must be restricted so I don't believe those shares are in public yet so the float shouldn't have changed due to this offering imo. I think it is just people panic sold. I think this will move up fast due to short cover once starts to move in up direction which should happen later today in after hours or by tomorrow, all imo. Whoever is playing with virtual short shares will get toasted soon imo
