I saw this- Plug Power has sold its 49% stake in the Korean hydrogen joint venture SK Plug Hyverse to a Singaporean investment firm, Sylvan Group. This sale was part of a strategic move to boost hydrogen rollouts and align with ESG investors' goals. The new investor, Sylvan Group, focuses on eco-friendly energy and healthcare investments in Asia. The sale of the stake is expected to accelerate the expansion of hydrogen charging infrastructure in South Korea and support the country's hydrogen economy initiatives.

I wonder how much Plug got out of this and if that will supply the needed cash to keep them from having to issue more shares or if the other NY and Texas deals fell through and they had to do this to raise cash to take its place. Thing is Plug will most likely never disclose anything unless it is buried in their report.
