The majority of what you reference to include the wrecks, landslides, toppled trees (that can completely block the road for hours) thus causing those bottle necks happen coming over the mountain in the Braulio Carrillo National Park. There is little to nothing that can be done there & as I stated Route 32 is finished. The tractor trailers a necessity contribute as well coming in & out of Limon Province. Again the majority of that issue will also continue. The new FINISHED construction / expansion has already shaved about an hour off the old commute from the Southern Caribbean Zone to San Jose. Again just the facts. Must have been a while since your last commute. While yes Route 32 routinely shuts down due to the above.
