Actually I have a lot of experience in hepatology and medicines that actually work in liver disease, garnered over 40 years in the Pharm and MedTech industries.

I also understand what it means when a trial fails to meet its primary endpoint, and why that automatically renders all secondary endpoints invalid.

The latter is an absolute truth. It's not my fault if, as Upton Sinclair commented:
