The past and current DHS reasonableness procedures do not allow them to do what happened here. Thank you for laying this out plainly and correctly. This person was not even remotely any illegal immigrant and to me they should have taken her plate number and simply given it to the local police to possibly question her actions after they allowed her to move from this area safely. Too late for that due to the failure of these agents to follow their own guidelines responsibilities here. To me it is a murder of an American Citizen regardless of any bias of these on the scene agents or their demeanors which also to me is in question as to their own fearful mindset even up against an America Citizen who posed a zero threat to them. Lethal force and drawing of his gun was totally unnecessary here.
