Well....that's a bit "odd".....THE NASDAQ has given "official notice" to BINI aka BOLLINGER INNOVATIONS aka MULLEN SCAM AUTOMOTIVE.....

That you are de-listed..."officially"....yesterday...per a "Nasdaq panel hearing" ...which occurred I guess a month ago or something.....AFTER...this scam already went to the OTC penny markets and is now even YIELD SIGN on same OTC crap market ?

I still have some family in the SO-CAL...one is in law enforcement and gets around the Fullerton area for buddies and other cops he works with etc....asked him "Hey....if you're over that way...check this scam address for me"......he's loves me dearly....we're a tight family...."Sure thing"....and sure enough....he checked it out....

I've got the photos....STILL a temporary cloth or plastic "MULLEN" shitty make-a-sign...$100 bucks at some local banner shop... hung on the huge building...it's faded and practically rotting the MULLEN temp banner sign......the parking lot had about 5 cars in it ....and a AMERICAN MADE REAL PICKUP TRUCK...with MULLEN...in red letters on the side LMAO......yepper...can't make this shit up....gas powered real truck....like a Ford F-150 in all white probably...red MULLEN on door....yepper.....
