If he has no rights why would the transfer agent refuse to cancel his shares? Why are they in litigation? Have you read the complaint, response, indictment , and plea agreement? I have read all of it and no where is RNWF mentioned. So it's unrelated legally. It's pretty clear he does have rights and is proving that with litigation.
