The transfer agent is not going to cancel the shares without a court order and as a retired attorney that specialized in litigation I am telling you that is along way off. There are several motions pending and those may take months to even rule on. A trial is likely and Costello is likely to win this IMO. I know this sounds crazy but the law is the law. His conviction had nothing to do with RNWF. In the eyes of the law they are considered individual items.
