The legal end of this could take 1 to 2 years he (Costello) is not going away and it looks like RNWF had nothing to do with his charges or is in any violation with the SEC. Likely Hawkins will be forced to settle with him as Hawkins knows this stock won't run with him being the control person. Costello's next move will likely be a injunction and termination of Hawkins. He is in his rights as the majority shareholder to do both actions.
