That is not fusion... Thats plasma ejection. Huge difference. Clearly you don't understand the science. To have fusion on earth or in space the plasma needs to be very hot and contained under extreme pressure. While the plasma is hot coming out of the rocket, its' not hot enough and there is a hole in the back that is preventing any extreme pressure from building.
