Maybe....but if I here one more insane comment about him breaking International law grabbing the bus driver...I just may lose it...lol. It wouldn't be considered by the ICJ ...and the US doesn't recognize the ICC . Along with other very major players .... https://asp.icc-cpi.int/states-parties
