I get why you don't post the bad stuff as it clearly shows Bioamber failed and closed its doors forever in 2018 but facts are facts.
The court ordered and supervised Bioambers liquidation in 2018 selling off all assets save and accept for the cash accounts, AR, inventory and some US based office furniture for $4.34 mil to LCYB. LCYB did not want or purchase the corp, the shares or any of the contracts so any third party tech was let go as well. LCYB got everything described in Lots 1,2,3 including all of the Tech, IP, Patents, plant, trade names, trademarks and everything else as described in the monitors reports and court docs.
There is no need to be intrigued when the answer is plain and simple. If the tech PTTMCC is using was owned by Bioamber prior to its Liquidation to LCYB (not licensed to Bioamber by a third party) then they would have come to an arrangement with LCYB. If the tech was licensed to Bioamber then PTTMCC would have made arrangements with the owners of the tech. We will probably never know as not only is LCYB and PTTMCC are both private companies with zero obligation to disclose those terms. It makes no difference one way or the other to former Bioamber shareholders as they lost out when Bioamber was liquidated.
