I said for years that Wade was a scammer but I got bashed by people like you for saying it. I pointed out the dozen or more "subsidiaries" that he created, none of which had anything of value, to give the illusion of "growing" the company. He set up the scam with shareholder funds to pay himself from Now Solutions, and that's all it was ever designed to be imo. I proved that Portuno was a lying scammer too, and speculated that he was probably in on the scam. Where did he go? He lied and pumped every day. Dan was just a nitwit puppet of Portuno who worshiped him but knew nothing except how to roof a house. So many clueless followers including Kona and many others who got scammed and were always in denial.
I called Etrade before EOY and had them declare my VCSY stock in my brokerage account worthless so I could write it off. I still have stock in my IRA that's not doing any harm except reminding me of this scam. I can never write it off anyhow. I also have it in my Schwab brokerage account and another IRA, but decided to hold off on selling it at $0.00 because I don't need the additional write off this year. I'm sure 2026 will bring the same results (nothing) and I'll be writing those additional shares off again at the end of the year. Anyone who thinks this "company" is ever going to be anything or trade again is delusional. Happy New Year.
