GEM was VERY smart…in getting their piece early.

Maybe carving up some of the pie w/o the BK court involved at this point ? Yeah GEM - they got out in time and got a factory building vs 5 cents on the dollar of "nothing left".

Cheaper to carve it up outside BK and then file a Chapt 7 (there's nothing here to reorganize in a Chapt 11 once carved up) - and then give out the table scraps left at liquidation on a Chapt 7.

I don't see anyway out though - they milked the scam and the OTC is a death blow as they can't dilute anywhere near enough coin to float the massive overhead it takes to run even a "pretend" and scam "EV car company" - and I think Esousa and crew won't do dirty dilution loans for this kind of $coin volume.

MAYBE after dumping assets - Michery runs this as a penny stock con and gets real low-ball gutter lenders who do toxic debt and just runs the game out for as long as he can milk a salary out of it ?

I just doubt it though - I think the lawsuits are about to hit rapid-fire and just paying the lawyers on those will break the bank as it's not going to be small time crap like most OTC hustles. These will be a lot of big people and companies they screwed over coming for a lot of cash if anything is left to pick over in the scrap pile.

Biggest thing up for grabs now - that Tunica facility. As I posted - it's literally a graveyard and scrap yard now. Michery must of paid to move all the former Randy Marion scam vans there and the Bollinger "truck" frames and bones, all which is worthless crap. The satellite pass is recent and shows all that crap just sitting out in the weather turning to rust and already worthless. Hell, the "vans" - they sat at Randy Marion for what, 2 or 3 years now "in the weather" LOL !! Gotta be literally rusted and batteries deader than my old TV remote :)

Yield sign makes this more interesting - will they file anything or are they going radio silence and then BK or whatever when they sell-off and layoff what's left, which is likely just Tunica MS now ?

Check out the satellite- ALL their prior crap "vehicles" are now sitting out in the weather. That pass of the satellite is fairly recent - Michery moved a LOT of crap there. About 8 hours from the other so called "facilities" or "factories" - dude paid some vehicle haulers some decent coin to move all that scrap metal to that farm field LOL !!!
