Well that’s not good…they couldn’t even be bothered to file an NT-10K.

Yeah...I mean really....a form NT-10K... that takes what...about 2.4 minutes to fill out and 10 minutes to file....and "they" which is likely just Michery now...as I don't believe for a second the rest of the "Board" ever really existed....

I mean he, Michery just let it go...knowing the ticker gets insta-slapped down to Yield sign...???

I think the BK filing is on the desk of some law firm and just getting the final i's dotted and t's crossed....else...why let the Yield hit now ?

Could be wrong and they drag this fraud out a tad longer...but missing a simple filing extension...smells real bad of... "We just don't give a F anymore"... kinda slop....

My "guess" ...the gutter toxic debt boys are wrapping up (Esousa and Terrance and the boys crew) and then they pull the plug and lights out on this scam...

Tunica MS... their supposed "last manufacturing facility"... is a scam...they moved all the scam-vans and old rusting tin can sheet metal "vehicles" there...and the leftover Bollinger crap is parked there...I checked a map....about 8 hrs drive from either prior "facility" to haul all the worthless crap to Tunica....so Michery likely just hired some vehicle haulers and turned Tunica into a graveyard of crap-mobiles literally rusting and sitting out in the weather in BUM-F MS...it's literally out in the farm fields on dirt farm roads.....thee end.....

What else is there....the Brea CA HQ is likely an empty tomb by this point ...and the Fullerton CA scam "battery tech" leased big building... is probably in default and the building more empty than a tomb.....what else is there ? Everything else was either shut-down now or given away in lawsuits etc.

I think we see the end here real soon....100% for certain before Summer 2026 IMO.....I can't see how they can float the boat any longer on these OTC crappy volumes at 10 cents daily....to dump and dilute even REMOTELY enough $coin to pay day-to-day bills let alone the massive debts this crime scene has "on their books" and owed and past due already....

Lawsuits...likely gonna fly like artillery in a hot war zone....nothing much else is left....divide up any monies left from the BK sales and fire sales....game over...
