Aside from the share dilution and the stock price, the bashers' track record is practically zero. Their predictions have been nothing but a string of wild fairy tales and outright fabrications: "conman," "drug addict," "fled the country," "friends with drug smugglers," "sued into oblivion," "shareholders will abandon ship and bankrupt the company," "incarcerated"...the list goes on.
Yet here we are, four years later, still standing despite relentless regulatory challenges. Every single one of them, each year, has called "the end is near," "this is the nail in the coffin" and every single year they've been wrong. Their endless string of failed doomsday prophecies are clearly hurting them far more than the stagnant low share price is hurting me. In fact, I'm still buying while they're still crying!
And here's the kicker...they're absolutely terrified at the mere prospect of HUMBL actually pulling off a win. So much so that they're clinging desperately to their fairy tale narratives, flatly refusing to acknowledge the significance of the court dismissal for the securities class action lawsuit. Can't update the page with fresh facts, can we? Wouldn't want reality to spoil the doom-and-gloom fairy tale they've invested so much emotional energy in peddling.
