Amazing post GE! Especially love what you shared about the logic for why such an accomplished, boundary-expanding private company would approach an OTC shell company to go public, not a big investment bank. Their IP is everything. And they don't want to be beholden to, and limited by, some Wall Street sharks that couldn't care less about the actual tech & just want to get their cut of the $$.
