Blocking it, as well as a few smaller suppliers, would create a mechanical lubricant shortage in Russia, the group says.
Xinxiang Richful did not respond to a request for comment.

No detention: A federal judge in New York has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from detaining a British researcher it had accused of promoting the online censoring of American viewpoints. Imran Ahmed, the founder and chief executive of a nonprofit organization that works to stop the spread of online hate and disinformation, was among five Europeans barred by the State Department from the United States on Tuesday. President Trump confirmed to Politico .. https://www.politico.com/news/2025/12/26/trump-to-politico-zelenskyy-doesnt-have-anything-until-i-approve-it-00706783 .. on Friday that President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine would visit him this weekend, after Zelensky said earlier that the two leaders were meeting in Florida, most likely on Sunday. Trump also told Politico that the Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, would visit him this weekend. “I have Zelensky and I have Bibi coming,” Trump told Politico, referring to the prime minister by a nickname.
