Kepler claims the reactor could:
• Fit in the back of a pickup truck
• Produce 10 megawatts of usable power
(That’s their claim — not validated by independent physics.)

So, yes, they have filed and received a patent back in 2022. Now they just need to prove it works in the real-world application.
