Geeezz man... It's complete bullshit from desperate lying fraudsters in a motion to dismiss that was denied because they had nothing to back up any of there ridiculous claims up... Not the SEC court. It was an SEC fraud suit filed Federal Court against the Blackburn gang of cons. The SEC used my DD that I posted to help them build a case against the scammers.
