I went to the website for B&B Cool Air, then to Contact. I scrolled down to the map and clicked to see a larger map. Apparently, this HVAC company occupies a vacant lot or their building is so new that Google has yet to update the map.

I then went to Google Maps and manually entered the address. The result showed the same vacant lot, but with Mitra9 Brands labeled (B&B did not appear on this map and Mitra9 did not appear on the first map I posted).

EDIT: From an earlier post that I didn't see because I was writing this one, it appears this building is new. I alluded to this in the first paragraph of this post.
