MBYMF: effective Dec 24,2025: Pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement ExGen Resources Inc (EXG) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of MTB Metals Corp (MTB). MTB shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.286 of a common share of EXG for each MTB share held.
