No wonder Johnney doesn't think GRLT's history matters... He's clueless... Breaking disclosure rules for what should be disclosed, as well as not disclosing what they should... And even worse, telling special "investors" why that history doesn't matter with complete bullshit. It's very obvious that Johnney doesn't understand how public company reporting works or the SEC or FINRA... History matters... And ya can't just bury it because ya don't like it. That's fraud in of itself.
