Thanks for your reply. You make several good points.
I was going to dispute your comment about F&F not converting restricted shares (actually they are Preferred B shares which can be converted to common shares either restricted or not restricted and I'm not sure on that point).
However, in looking at the outstanding Preferred B shares on the 2025 annual report I found something important I didn't notice before and something that no one else has mentioned.

During FY 2025, MVNT issued 250,000 Preferred B shares. The report doesn't state exactly when those shares were issued nor to whom they were issued.
This is a BIG DEAL. It puts the owner (or owners) of those shares on an almost equal footing with both Linh and Long Nguyen, each of whom own 300,000 Preferred B shares. Who do you think they gave those shares to??

My guess is those Preferred shares were given to either Jack Gillett alone or split between Jack and Hector de la Garza.
This is serious stuff because 250K preferred shares can be converted into 25M common shares. That's a lot of money. $2.5M for every ten cents in value of common shares!! Some one or two people are going to get very rich if MVNT common shares take off in share price.

That should give all common shareholders pause when thinking about selling or holding MVNT shares. jmho
