If I was betting against you - I will definitely say we will absolutely get Q1 news - I dont see any way the SPS write-off and ERCF regs after the 10-K is filed on Feb 28th. Also we definitely are going to see a Housing Policy roll out ( which may or may not include something about Fannie or Freddie) sometime in the first two weeks on 2026
