Assuming this is the first stack of the 250M shares for transfer to Kepler, good news! This means the deal is not just done done, the price is being paid. DTC increase is also positive from my perspective of whats going on. Was hoping for a calmer week coming up but this may be another big shake that shares are being issued before the 1.6 Billion cancelation. Would make sense for MM and any big timers if theyre trying to take ahold.
