Fiscal year ends Dec 31....my feeling is that for funding purposes the CEO will let more restricted shares convert and hit the market during this report period...accordingly, I sold half friday on that spike and am ready to buy back 0007 to 0009. That just happened three times while we hoped that it's over yet, so the pps could deservedly run up. I am just cautious (thus, kept half my shares) but, undoubtedly, NXGB has a lot going for it.
