He never gave a specific date. But when Greg filed the 2Q disclosure Johnney said he did it before he could revue it and that it was missing some info, including the corporate actions. That was filled August 14th 2025. So probably sometime shortly before that. Oddly, even though Johnney said he didn't revue that disclosure, it shows that he signed the certification on August 12th 2025...
