Ahhh, thats the stated goal of every pennystock company, I cant think of even one that will publicly say that they have no intention of ever filing, according to Peter, this audit has been going on for years????, audits dont usually take much more than 2 to 4 weeks for a small company like this one is, Peter has clearly stated in the past that the audit was underway, and clearly, that wasnt the case, what reason is there to believe him this time?
